I spoke to Issac Mueller and explained my issue as best I could with my limited knowledge on the device. He took my info, did some looking around and found a solution to my problem. When I got to the store he was helping another customer that had spent some serious money on his setup, he took care of him in a calm and professional manner as one would come to expect for a high ticket customer. After he finished with him he gave me his full attention and even helped me dry fit the adapter to make sure it was the part I needed. He showed the same level of professionalism to me, someone who spent 25$ at his store as someone who had spent 5000$. Needless to say I am very impressed with their service and expertise.

The panels were all placed back in their factory locations. John always keeps the shop clean and friendly for the needs of the customer. I couldn’t not be happier with the quality they provide. This is the only business I would recommend for all aftermarket vehicle modifications. Including window tinting, paint protection film. They did a complete car audio replacement for my Tacoma, door wrapping, new speakers, Amps and subs. I look forward to the day I can afford a Boat. Bought a bluetooth car adapter for my truck, at Best Buy couldn’t figure out how to connect my bluetooth adapter channel to the channel available on my radio. I Pulled into Laketown, explained to them what was up, Junior Rivera came out played with the adapter and my old truck radio and BAMM!!!! Im. synchronized. High tunified!!!! Let me tell you! This place is like no other! I know NOTHING about sound systems. He was patient and we had approximately 30 back and forth emails because I wanted my husbands birthday surprise to be perfect. Then when we brought our car in he treated my husband and I with the best customer service we’ve had anywhere for a long time. Ronnie who was the tech that worked on installing and creating my husbands dream sound system was amazing! He was super professional and knew his stuff! He handled our car with care and gave my husband exactly what he wanted! He even added some sound proofing on the fly as my husband requested it. All this at an affordable price! Junior at the front desk made sure i was comfortable and thoroughly went over everything for me so i knew exactly what would be happening and where everything will be installed.
