On both projects the staff were willing to find answers to questions and go above and beyond to get the job done better than I could have imagined. Even though the projects I brought were not in the mainstream of the services offered by Laketown, Junior looked for solutions, consulted with Isai and they proposed a solution that was better than I expected. Junior remembers my name when I call or come in. Isai tackled each of these challenges with a pleasant attitude and treated me like I was the only customer he had. Hernandez was extremely helpful to troubleshoot and help identify the source of the problem we were trying to solve. I recently purchased one of the first Kia EV6 cars and while the overall sound system was really solid from a clarity perspective, the factory installed subwoofer was weak to... read more say the least. Given this was a brand new vehicle model, and that it was an EV, I was worried it would not be safe or possible to improve the sound system. How wrong I was! Junior and his father Angel evaluated my situation and showed me how they could easily add a Kicker subwoofer that would dramatically improve the sound. The result was way beyond my expectations!
