He was patient and we had approximately 30 back and forth emails because I wanted my husbands birthday surprise to be perfect. Then when we brought our car in he treated my husband and I with the best customer service we’ve had anywhere for a long time. Ronnie who was the tech that worked on installing and creating my husbands dream sound system was amazing! He was super professional and knew his stuff! He handled our car with care and gave my husband exactly what he wanted! He even added some sound proofing on the fly as my husband requested it. All this at an affordable price! I called around before I picked Laketown Speed and Sound and no one came close to the customer service or the price!! You will not regret checking these guys out!

On both projects the staff were willing to find answers to questions and go above and beyond to get the job done better than I could have imagined. Even though the projects I brought were not in the mainstream of the services offered by Laketown, Junior looked for solutions, consulted with Isai and they proposed a solution that was better than I expected. Junior remembers my name when I call or come in. Isai tackled each of these challenges with a pleasant attitude and treated me like I was the only customer he had. Hernandez was extremely helpful to troubleshoot and help identify the source of the problem we were trying to solve. I was installing a FM modulator in my car and was barely understanding how the thing worked. The antenna jacks that came on the modulator didn't fit my radio so... read more I called Laketown in hopes to find some type of adapter for my install. I spoke to Issac Mueller and explained my issue as best I could with my limited knowledge on the device. He took my info, did some looking around and found a solution to my problem. When I got to the store he was helping another customer that had spent some serious money on his setup, he took care of him in a calm and professional manner as one would come to expect for a high ticket customer. After he finished with him he gave me his full attention and even helped me dry fit the adapter to make sure it was the part I needed. He showed the same level of professionalism to me, someone who spent 25$ at his store as someone who had spent 5000$. Needless to say I am very impressed with their service and expertise.
